Our smallest Residential Dumbwaiter, with a car size of 250mm wide x 310mm deep x 500mm high and either 5 or 20 Kg capacity. It is designed to fit into the smallest space of 540 x 420. The motor is at the bottom of the shaft, so it is perfect when the top floor headroom is less than 2000mm. Originally designed and used as a document lift, this models’ reliability has been well proven over the years and now due to rising demand for dumbwaiters inside the home, it is proving very popular when available space is at a bare minimum.
